I’m not receiving my magic link email

Check your spam or junk folder — magic link emails can occasionally be filtered. If it’s not there, wait a minute and request a new one. Make sure you’re checking the same email address you signed up with.

How do I invite someone to my household?

Go to Settings → Household and share your invite code. The other person enters it when they first set up the app to join your household.

How do I add items to my shopping list?

In the Pantry tab, tap an item and select Add to list, or swipe the item to the right. You can also add new items directly from the pantry screen using the + button.

How does shopping mode work?

Switch to the Shopping tab to see everything on your list grouped by category. Tap an item to tick it off as you go. Once you’re done, use Complete shop to clear the list and update your pantry.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account and tap Delete account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. Alternatively, email us at hello@pickleapp.uk and we will action it within 30 days.

How do I invite another caregiver?

Go to Settings → Family and share your invite code with the other caregiver. They’ll enter it during sign-up to join your family group.

Can I track more than one baby?

Yes. Go to Settings → Family and tap Add another baby. You can switch between babies using the switcher on the home screen.

How do I stop an active feed or sleep session?

An active session banner appears at the bottom of the home screen. Tap Stop on the banner to end the session, or tap the banner itself to open the full log screen.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings and tap Download my data. Your full history will be exported as a JSON file.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account and tap Delete account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. Alternatively, email us at hello@pickleapp.uk and we will action it within 30 days.
